Brown Fintube France SA (AIT-STEIN Group) joins the Galilé Group and becomes Brown Fintube France Energy SAS.

The acquisition of the three companies “Air industrie Thermique, Stein Energy, and Brown Fintube France S.A.” on July 07, 2022 completes its offer of optimized and innovative solutions at the service of industry and strengthens its territorial roots.
Through this, the Galilé Group is accelerating its development to become a key player in the energy transition by relying on the reputation and expertise of the AIT-STEIN group in this field.
On the strength of this new development, the Galilé group is developing its industrial strategy around three axes:
- Development of artificial intelligence applications
- Digitization of activities
- Respect for the environment and decarbonization of the industry
Through this, the Galilé Group is accelerating its development to become a key player in the energy transition by relying on the reputation and expertise of the AIT-STEIN group in this field.
This merger will allow strong synergies between the companies of the Galilé group.
Following this operation, the three companies continue their historical activities under new corporate names:
- Air Industrie Thermique S.A. becomes Air industrie transition
- Stein Energy S.A.S. becomes Stein Energy Boilers
- Brown Fintube France S.A. becomes Brown Fintube France Energy
